Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases, bookings, and registrations made through FK Farm (aka F-King Farm).

We value transparency and fairness and aim to be clear about what to expect when purchasing products, events, or services from us.

Physical Products

Due to the nature of many of our farm and handmade products (including food items, wellness goods, and personal-use items), all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Events, Workshops & Sound Baths

Registration and payment are required to reserve your spot.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled event may be eligible for a credit toward a future event, at our discretion.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

If an event is canceled by FK Farm, you will receive the option of a full refund or credit.

Coaching & Wellness Services

Coaching and wellness services require time, preparation, and reserved availability.

  • All coaching fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when possible.

Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of FK Farm.

Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products, downloads, or online materials are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Exchanges & Credits

Where applicable, credits may be offered in place of refunds. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within a specified time frame communicated at issuance.
